tuesday art night

yay! tuesday night crew together again- me, nancy & pam

this is the painting nancy has been working on, looking done

and the art table and the collages pam was working on from her recent trip around the country.

and...... my stuff- these are the ones i started the other night. the first actually came together pretty well-

kind of blurry, but i think dnd (damn near done)

this isn't quite as far along- in fact it's at that i hate it and it will never look good stage, but hopefully not for long. the skull isn't attached, but i do kind of like it.....

and i think this is also dnd- the bees were the perfect thing to add- "the bee is the reminder to extract the honey of life and to make our lives fertile while the sun shines", the celts associated it with hidden wisdom and it is a long time symbol for accomplishing the impossible (animal speak, ted andrews).

better photos of the done ones to follow. so great to create with nancy & pam- it's been too long!

I love your work.
I'm not sure if I have mentioned that.... ;D
Yep, the bees seem to fill out the final piece----it is amazing what these go through before being DND!!!

Your DND one is my favorite. I LOVE it! The skull one is fabulous too. Great work, Marianne!
